Return & Refund Policy — One Touch Motorsports

At One Touch Motorsports, we stand behind the products we design, use, and recommend. Our goal is to make sure every customer has a positive experience. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to help.


1. Returns on Physical Products

We accept returns on eligible physical items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify, items must be:

  • Unused and uninstalled

  • In original packaging

  • In the same condition you received them

Items that cannot be returned:

  • Installed or damaged parts

  • Items missing hardware or packaging

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Gift cards

Note: Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and issue a refund to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  1. Email us within 7 days of delivery at:
    sales@onetouchmotorsports.com

  2. Include:

    • Order number

    • Photos of the product and packaging

    • A brief description of the issue

We will repair, replace, or refund as quickly as possible.


3. Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong item and need an exchange, contact us first so we can make sure you receive the correct part.

Customer is responsible for shipping costs on exchange items unless the mistake was on our end.


4. Digital Products (Setup Guides, Downloads, etc.)

Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned:

All digital sales are final and non-refundable.

If you experience a download issue or need support using the material, contact us — we will always help.


5. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they ship.
Once tracking has been generated, the order must be processed as a normal return.


6. Warranty Disclaimer

Motorsports parts are used under extreme conditions. Installation and use are at the customer’s own risk.
We strongly recommend installation by a qualified and insured mechanic.

One Touch Motorsports is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect installation

  • Vehicle damage

  • Track or on-road misuse

  • Personal injury resulting from improper use


7. How to Start a Return

Please include:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if applicable)

We will reply within 1–2 business days with next steps.
