Shipping Policy — One Touch Motorsports

Thank you for shopping with One Touch Motorsports. The following policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders.


1. Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 3-14 business days.

During high-volume periods, product launches, or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or major holidays.

If there is a significant delay, we will contact you by email.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight

  • Shipping method selected

  • Delivery location

Estimated delivery time will appear at checkout. These are estimates only and may vary.

We currently ship to the United States. International shipping may become available soon.


3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the label is created.


4. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked Delivered by the carrier, we are unable to replace or refund it.

If your package is lost or delayed, please:

  1. Contact the shipping carrier

  2. Verify the delivery address

  3. Check with neighbors or household members

Then email us at support@onetouchmotorsports.com, and we’ll help however we can.

We strongly recommend shipping to secure delivery locations.


5. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the packaging and product

  2. Email us within 7 days at support@onetouchmotorsports.com

  3. Include your order number and description of the damage

We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.


6. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The customer is responsible for reshipping costs

  • Refunds (if requested) will exclude original shipping fees

Please double-check your address before submitting your order.


7. International Shipping (If/When Enabled)

Customs fees, import taxes, and duties are not included in shipping charges and are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery delays may occur due to customs processing.


8. Digital Products

Digital downloads (such as setup guides) are delivered instantly via email or download link and are not shipped.


9. Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship in separate packages to improve delivery times.
You will receive separate tracking numbers when applicable.
