This policy explains the purchase options available on our site and how cancellations work.


1. Purchase Options

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept most major payment methods, including:

  • Apple Pay / Google Pay (where available)

  • Shop Pay

  • PayPal (when enabled)

All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party processors.
We do not store full credit card information.


Promotions, Discount Codes & Bundles

From time to time, we may offer:

  • Free shipping promotions

Unless stated otherwise:

  • Promotions cannot be combined

  • Discounts do not apply to past orders

  • Codes must be entered at checkout

If you forget to use a discount code, we are unable to retroactively apply it once the order is placed.

If we are unable to verify details, we may cancel and refund the order.


3. Order Cancellations

Before Shipment

Orders may be canceled as long as they have not shipped.

To request a cancellation, email:

  • Name

  • Reason for cancellation

If the order has not yet shipped, we will cancel and issue a refund to the original payment method.


After Shipment

Once an order has shipped:

  • It cannot be canceled

  • You may request a return after delivery (if eligible)

Returns must comply with our Return & Refund Policy.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an item is in transit.


4. Digital Purchases (Setup Guides & Downloads)

Because digital products are delivered immediately:

All digital sales are final and cannot be canceled or refunded.

If you experience download issues, we will help you regain access — just contact us.


5. Pricing & Changes

Prices may change at any time due to:

  • Supplier pricing

  • Material costs

  • Promotions

  • Market adjustments

Orders already placed are billed at the price shown at checkout.
We do not price-match past or future promotions.
